I'm Katie, a canine professional and animal lover

​

My animal career began in a farming environment and over the last decade I've worked with a multitude of animals. Ranging from farm livestock, poultry, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, avian species, equine species, carnivores and household domestic pets to just name a few.

I am also qualified in teaching in the Land Based Industries and have taught a range of animal qualifications both practical and theory based from students between secondary school to degree level.

Over the last six years, I chose to focus my career directly into the canine field. Predominantly working in kennels and doggy day care, specialising in overseas rescue street dogs, rehabilitating rescue dogs, rehoming and behaviour.

 

I'm also CPD certified in Level 3 Grooming.
