Cancellation Policy

DAY CARE
• All cancellations are to be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Unless there is
emergency circumstances or your dog is unwell.
• If 72 hours notice is not given, you will be required to pay the full fee of your booking.
• If you do not pay the invoice within 24 hours, your future bookings will be cancelled until the
invoice is settled.
• These terms and non-negotiable.


BOARDING – (bookings that range 1-3 nights)
• All cancellations are to be made a minimum of 7 days in advance.
• If 7 days notice is not given, you are required to pay the full fee of your booking.
• Your prior deposit is non-refundable.
• If you do not pay the invoice for your cancellation by the date stated, your future bookings
will be cancelled until the invoice is settled.
• These terms are non-negotiable.


BOARDING – (bookings that range 4-7 nights)
• All cancellations are to be made a minimum of 14 days in advance.
• If 14 days notice is not given, you are required to pay the full fee of your booking.
• Your prior deposit is non-refundable.
• If you do not pay the invoice for your cancellation by the date stated, your future bookings
will be cancelled until the invoice is settled.
• These terms are non-negotiable.

BOARDING - (bookings that range 8-10 nights)
• All cancellations are to be made a minimum of 21 days in advance.
• If 21 days notice is not given, you are required to pay the full fee of your booking.
• Your prior deposit is non-refundable.
• If you do not pay the invoice for your cancellation by the date stated, your future bookings
will be cancelled until the invoice is settled.
• These terms are non-negotiable.


BOARDING - (bookings that are 10 nights or more)
• All cancellations are to be made a minimum of 30 days/full month in advance.
• If a months notice is not given, you are required to pay the full fee of your booking.
• Your prior deposit is non-refundable.
• If you do not pay the invoice for your cancellation by the date stated, your future bookings
will be cancelled until the invoice is settled.
• These terms are non-negotiable.

Pawfect Day reserves the right to terminate any agreement in place for the current and/or future care of your dog.

If the invoice payment is not received you will be removed from our client list and your dog will no longer be able to stay at Pawfect Day.
